Local taxes, import duties and other local costs

Shipping costs may vary between products and locations and do not cover any possible local taxes or import duties or any other local costs.

Delivery time
Orders made before 12:00 CET will be sent out the same day. Orders that come in later than 12:00 CET will be sent out the day after.

Below you will find the countries we ship to and their respective delivery times after your order has been processed. Note that events may occur that could delay the delivery time.

General Delivery procedure
The exact delivery process varies between countries, but this is the standard procedure: The delivery person delivers the product to your home. If you’re not home, it will be tried again the day after. If the delivery attempt fails again, it might be sent to a parcel shop. You’ll then receive notifications on where to pick up your order.

If it has been a long time and you didn’t receive the package and got no notification of where to pick up your order, please contact the carrier with your track & trace code.

Delivery procedures for Scandinavia

Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden, also known as Scandinavia, are sparsely populated countries and consist of large areas of untouched nature. For that reason, DPD uses a modified delivery procedure for Home shipments to these countries. As soon as the package arrives in the country of destination, the addressee will receive a message to make a delivery appointment. Below you will find the choices per country and the corresponding delivery procedure:

Denmark
Home delivery

• One delivery attempt.
• If the recipient is not at home, the package will be delivered to the local depot the same day so that it can be picked up there.
• After 14 days the package will be returned to the sender.

Delivery to the neighbors

• One delivery attempt.
• If the recipient is not at home, the package will be delivered to the local depot the same day so that it can be picked up there.
• After 14 days the package will be returned to the sender.

Drop delivery permission

• The addressee indicates where the package may be left, without signing for receipt. With this, the right to submit a claim or loss expires.

Finland
Home delivery

• One delivery attempt.
• If the recipient is not at home, the package will be delivered to the local depot the same day so that it can be picked up there.
• After 14 days the package will be returned to the sender.

Drop delivery permission

• The addressee indicates where the package may be left, without signing for receipt. With this, the right to submit a claim or loss expires.

Collection at the depot

• The addressee collects the package from the local depot.
• After 14 days, the shipment will be returned to the sender.

Home delivery

• Two delivery attempts.
• After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be returned to the sender.

Drop delivery permission

• The addressee indicates where the package may be left, without signing for receipt. With this, the right to submit a claim or loss expires.

Home delivery

• One delivery attempt.
• If the recipient is not at home, the package will be delivered to the local depot the same day so that it can be picked up there.
• After 14 days the package will be returned to the sender.

Delivery to parcelshop

• The package is delivered to the local parcelshop, so that it can be picked up there.
• After 14 days the package will be returned to the sender.

Drop permission

• The addressee indicates where the package may be left, without signing for receipt. With this, the right to submit a claim or loss expires.
