Return & refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We take great pride in our products and strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Customer Responsibility

Once you begin using our DIY products, you assume full responsibility for their proper and safe use. We are not liable for any damage or injury resulting from improper use or installation of our products.

By purchasing and using our products, you agree to hold us harmless from any and all liability, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or death, that may arise from your use of our products.

It is your responsibility to read and follow all instructions and warnings provided with our products. If you have any questions or concerns about the proper use or installation of our products, please contact us before using them.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return address and further instructions.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged Products

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure that they arrive in excellent condition. However, we might miss product defects before sending out orders and understand that accidents can happen during transit. It falls on the customer to check the product for any defects we might have missed before installation or use.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 5 workdays the following:

– Ordernumber;
– Name(s) of damaged product(s);
– Picture(s) of the entire damaged product(s);
– Detailed picture(s) of the damaged area(s);
– Picture(s) of the outside of the package with the shipping label clearly visible;
– Picture(s) from the top of the opened package that shows the product(s) and the filling.

We will assess the damage and, if deemed eligible, provide you with a return address and further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged item or packaging until we have instructed you to do so.

Once we receive the damaged item and verify the damage, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

Please note that we may request that you return the damaged item to us before we can process a replacement or refund. We will cover the cost of return shipping in such cases.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and send your item to the return address provided.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address provided.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping for exchanged items, unless the exchange is due to a defect or damage.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

If the order has already shipped, you will need to initiate a return once you receive the item. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Final Sale Items

Some of our products may be marked as final sale, meaning they cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
